LUMA Scrubs are made with fabric that is a blend of CiCLO Polyester fabrics.
CiCLO® is a proven, safe and patented additive technology that enables the full biodegradation of synthetic textiles in under 4.5 years, compared to centuries. When blended with recycled or virgin polyester or nylon during melt extrusion, the CiCLO® active ingredients create pathways that attract naturally occurring microorganisms.
This enables complete biodegradation of the CiCLO fibers, leaving only natural elements behind.
